Buying a property and renting it out may seem easy. But doing your duties as a landlord is not especially when you have to find tenants and collect their rent.
First you have to verify your tenant’s record and you have to ensure that paper works like tenancy agreement and properly done before you let them in your house.
Then you have to do management activities like maintenance, painting and such when your old tenants move out and readying your house for new ones.
